I began my journey in holistic spa therapy in 2002 at the Paul de Costa Aveda Institute in Victoria, Canada, and spent many years working in award-winning Aveda spas and luxury wellness centers in Whistler, BC.

Over two decades later, this foundation informs the way I work today. My current offerings focus on holistic massage, ritual bodywork, and yogic wellness practices, guided by intuition and a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence.

Each session is held as a therapeutic and grounding experience, supporting relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing for body, mind, and spirit.
