I’m Nola Bloom, a yoga and meditation teacher based on the lush island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. With over 15 years of experience guiding students from all walks of life, my approach to yoga is intuitive, nurturing, and rooted in ancient wisdom.

โ€‹

My journey began with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and through years of practice, I developed a deep respect for the strength and discipline it cultivates. Yet over time, I’ve softened into slower, more restorative practices—like Yin Yoga, gentle flow, and the deeply healing art of Yoga Nidra.

โ€‹

These days, I teach from that softer rhythm. My classes invite you to connect with your breath, listen to your body, and return to your inner stillness. Whether we’re flowing through a gentle sequence, holding space in stillness, or resting deeply in Yoga Nidra, the intention is always the same: to reconnect you with your heart, your rhythm, and your essence.
